Suggested Use: Whole cloves add a wonderful flavor to mulled wine, hot cider, spice tea, baked ham and chicken. Ground Clove are delicious in desserts, bread pudding, cookies, rice pudding, spice cake, pumpkin pie, stewed cranberries and fruit dishes. Ingredients: Dried cloves.
